National CineMedia (NCMI) said Thursday its board has reintroduced an annual cash dividend in the amount of $0.12 per share, to be paid quarterly.
The company will pay the first dividend April 7 to shareholders of record as of March 24.
National CineMedia said it intends to accelerate share repurchases under its $100 million plan, which runs until 2027.
