Henderson Land (HKG:0012) sold six apartments at its Eight Southpark project in Kowloon City, Hong Kong for HK$37 million, The Standard reported Thursday.
The developer is also putting up for sale 20 apartments, including 16 studio units and four one-bedroom units from HK$3.7 million to HK$5.9 million after discounts, the report said.
Meanwhile, Asia Standard International (HKG:0129) sold an apartment for HK$5.1 million at its High Park II project, while Road King Infrastructure (HKG:1098) and Shenzhen Investment (HKG:0604) sold two units for HK$9.9 million, The Standard said.
