Duluth Holdings (DLTH) said Thursday that President and Chief Executive Samuel Sato is planning to retire, effective April 25.

During the transition, Stephen Schlecht, the apparel producer's founder, chairman and former CEO, will assume interim leadership with Sato's assistance, the company said.
