GSH (SGX:BDX) raised SG$5.3 million from three SDAX digital securities issuances and SG$51.6 million from three ADDX digital securities offerings, according to a Thursday filings on the Singapore Exchange.

The SDAX issuances will issue digital securities on the SDAX platform on March 13. Among the subscribers, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director Goi Kok Ming subscribed for SG$750,000, representing 19.1% of the total.

The ADDX issuances closed at 2:00 pm on March 13, with securities to be listed on the ADDX platform on March 14.

Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder Sam Goi Seng Hui and CEO Gilbert Ee Guan Hui subscribed for an aggregate of SG$43 million, covering 88.7% of the G210 Issue and 74.18% of the G011 Issue.
