MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) raised SG$67.7 million from its Series 011, 012, and 013 digital token offerings under its SG$100 million unsecured commercial paper program, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The Series 011 tokens raised SG$43.8 million, with 33.1% subscribed by related parties, including Executive Chairman and CEO Lim Yong Guan.
The Series 012 tokens raised SG$22.2 million, with related parties accounting for 69.8%. The Series 013 tokens secured SG$1.7 million, with 3.5% subscribed by the chief operating officer.
