A consortium including KKR (KKR) and Warburg Pincus has made a non-binding offer for Gerresheimer at close to 90 euros per share, which would value the company at almost 3.1 billion euros ($3.37 billion), Reuters reported Monday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.
KKR did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
