Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) completed the issuance of SG$500,000 worth of bonds to Chew Han Wei, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
To date, an aggregate of S$17,250,000 in principal amount of bonds have been issued by the company under its proposed bond issue.
Proceeds raised will be used to refinance existing borrowings.
