DBS Bank exercised a call option to acquire 363,440 shares in Singapore Post (SGX:S08) on March 14, according to a company release on Friday.
The total consideration for the stake was around SG$211,813.
Following the acquisition, DBS Bank's stake in the company is now 0.054%, the filing said.
