Guangzhou R&F Properties (HKG:2777) recorded contracted sales of about 795 million yuan in February, with a gross floor sales area of 65,700 square meters, a March 14 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

For the two months ended Feb. 28, the property company's contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 1.58 billion yuan and 136,400 square meters, respectively.
