Xtep International Holdings (HKG:1368) said it appointed Yeung Lo Bun as an executive director of the board.
As a result, Yeung resigned as the company's chief financial officer. He will be succeeded by Ding Lizhi, who joined the group in 2017 and was promoted to vice president in 2024.
The changes took effect March 18, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
