Ebos Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) dismissed speculation that it is considering the acquisition of Real Pet Food, refuting a report by The Australian's Dataroom column on March 16, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The company said the article is inaccurate and that Real Pet Food is not currently a target for acquisition.
Ebos Group's Australia and New Zealand shares each fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
