Sisram Medical (HKG:1696) reported a profit attributable to the owners of $25.1 million for 2024, down from $31.5 million a year earlier.
Earnings per share were $0.0536, a decline from $0.0673 in the same period last year, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Revenue dropped 2.8% to $349.1 million from $359.3 million the previous year.
The board resolved to declare a final dividend of HK$0.126 per share.
