DuPont de Nemours Names Jon Kemp as CEO of Electronics Business Spin-Off

DuPont de Nemours (DD) said Monday that Jon Kemp will be the chief executive of the independent electronics public company after its planned spin-off from DuPont.

Kemp, currently president of DuPont Electronics & Industrial, will also be a member of the planned company's board, which will be chaired by Avantor (AVTR) President and CEO Michael Stubblefield, DuPont said.

The company also said it intends to appoint an external hire as chief financial officer of the planned company.

DuPont said the intended spinoff of its electronics unit is still on track for a Nov. 1 completion.
