Omni Bridgeway (ASX:OBL) said Deputy Chief Financial Officer David Breeney took over as global CFO, effective March 1, succeeding Guillaume Leger, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The firm also established a capital formation team to coordinate its capital-raising activities, with its chief executive and Leger leading the effort, the filing said.
Omni Bridgeway's shares fell past 5% in recent trading on Monday.
