Genmin (ASX:GEN) said Andrew Taplin started in his role as chief executive, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Subsequently, the interim management committee headed by Chair Greg Lilleyman has been dissolved, per the filing.
The iron ore producer's shares were up nearly 6% in recent Monday trade.
