Landsea Green Life Service (HKG:1965) expects a post-tax net loss of between 290 million yuan and 340 million yuan for the year 2024, up from 135 million yuan a year prior, a March 14 filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The property manager attributed the wider anticipated loss mainly to an increase in impairment losses provided for accounts receivable due from the related parties, as well as the impairment of goodwill.
