Towngas Smart Energy (HKG:1083) reported a profit attributable to the shareholders of HK$1.61 billion, compared to HK$1.58 billion a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share were HK$0.4207, compared to HK$0.4205 from the prior year.

Revenue was HK$21.3 billion, compared with HK$19.8 billion a year earlier.

The board announced a final dividend of HK$0.16 and a special dividend of HK$0.03.

The company shares were up by over 6% in recent trading.
