Strickland Metals (ASX:STK) said it began a high-resolution ground gravity survey across recently modeled intrusion-related gold targets at the Dusk Til' Dawn camp at its Yandal gold project in Western Australia, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

It submitted the 170 historic bottom-of-hole samples it collected last week for comprehensive mineral characterization and full multi-element analysis to enhance drill target testing.

The firm is on track to provide an updated mineral resource at the Horse Well gold camp in early April.

Its shares fell over 3% on market close on Tuesday.
