Oceanus Group (SGX:579) awarded 97,727,668 shares under the vesting of share awards granted under its restricted share plan, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on March 20.
Following the issuance and allotment of new shares, the total number of issued and paid-up shares has increased to 25,762,746,364.
