Alcoa (ASX:AAI) is repurchasing for cash any and all of the outstanding 5.500% senior unsecured notes due 2027 issued by its unit, Alcoa Nederland Holding, the company said in a statement Saturday.
The company's shares rose past 2% in recent Monday trade.
