CapitaLand Investment (SGX:9CI) granted 6,022,267 shares at SG$2.62 per share under its 2021 restricted share plan on Friday, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares are time-based awards that will vest in three equal annual tranches without future performance conditions.
