Sintx Technologies (SINT) said Monday it has appointed Chief Executive Eric Olson as board chairman, effective immediately.

Olson succeeds Sonny Bal, who has retired from his role, Sintx said.

Shares of the company were 3.5% lower in recent premarket activity.
