Avarga (SGX:U09) extended the deadline to complete the sale and purchase agreements for its paper manufacturing site to March 28, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The deal, involving Avarga's unit UPP Malaysia and the buyer, remains subject to the execution of definitive agreements.
