Miramar Hotel's (HKG:0071) attributable profit fell 24% to HK$746.6 million in 2024 from HK$977.1 million in 2023, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the hotel operator decreased to HK$1.08 from HK$1.41 in the previous year.

Revenue grew 12% to HK$2.86 billion from HK$2.55 billion a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.30 per share, payable July 10 to shareholders on record as of June 17.
