Metaplanet (TYO:3350) said it will redirect 2 billion yen from its previously planned Bitcoin purchase toward bond redemption, according to a Tuesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The adjustment follows the issuance of its 9th series of ordinary bonds to EVO FUND, which secured 2 billion yen in proceeds.
The company now plans to allocate 10 billion yen for bond redemption and 101.3 billion yen for Bitcoin purchases.
