AMA Group (ASX:AMA) redeemed and canceled AU$50 million in convertible notes, which will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Additionally, the group finalized and settled three-year debt facilities worth AU$110 million with a group of banks, the filing said.
