Emperor Watch & Jewellery's (HKG:0887) attributable profit fell to HK$249.4 million in 2024 from HK$295.2 million in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the watch and jewelry retailer decreased to HK$0.0379 from HK$0.0441 in the previous year.
Revenue grew 8.4% to HK$4.82 billion from HK$5.23 billion a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.0045 per share, payable June 13 to shareholders on record as of May 27.
