China Water Industry (HKG:1129) expects an attributable loss of up to HK$390 million for the year 2024, up from HK$243.45 million a year prior, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The water supply company attributed the wider anticipated loss mainly to a lower revenue and gross profit from the renewable energy business, as well as impairment losses on non-financial assets.
