Darco Water Technologies Unit Receives Writ and Statement of Claim From Sub Contractor

Darco Water Technologies (SGX:BLR) subsidiary, Darco Industrial Water, on March 5 received a write and a statement of claim dated March 4 from its sub contractor Flexsa Engineering, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.

According to the claim filed in the High Court of Malaya, Penang, Flexsa Engineering is claiming an outstanding payment of 2.3 million Malaysian ringgit for services rendered and labor charges for several projects.

Flexsa Engineering said Darco Industrial Water had failed to pay the outstanding amount despite several demands.

Meanwhile, the company is now seeking legal advice and representation over the suit.
