Technology company Felix Group Holdings (ASX:FLX) scored a three-year contract renewal agreement with construction giant CIMIC Group valued at over AU$2 million, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The value of the license fee in the first year is AU$637,000, which is 29% higher than the first-year license fee in the previous contract, per the filing.
The initial payment of AU$1.4 million is expected to be received in the third quarter, the procurement management platform and vendor marketplace firm said in the filing.
