Fenix Resources (ASX:FEX) has received acceptances from CZR Resources' (ASX:CZR) shareholders for a 10.04% of stake in CZR, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The 10.04% acceptance includes responses still being processed due to clearing system cut-off times, expected to be finalized soon, the filing said.
