Wang Jian has stepped down as China Shuifa Singyes Energy's (HKG:0750) chairman and an executive director effective Friday, March 21, to devote more time to other business commitments, a Thursday bourse filing stated.
Zhou Guangyan, on the same day, ceased to be president of the company and assumed the duties of chairman.
The curtain wall installer has named Guo Peidong, currently the vice president, as its new president and an executive director.
Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in recent trade.
