Three employees of Capital World (SGX:1D5) subsidiary Capital City Property have been questioned by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The investigation centers on transactions conducted between January 2018 and December 2018, specifically concerning the former subsidiary, MCM Studio Entertainment Group.
Jensen Siow Zhi Yin was interviewed to assist with the ongoing inquiry. Two other Capital City Property employees were also questioned by the Malaysian authority.
The news follows the MACC's acquisition of a remand order for former Capital World executive director, Siow Chien Fu.
Shares of the company plunged 50% in recent trading.
