Abundance International (SGX:541) subsidiary, Abundance Investments, has agreed to dispose of its entire 12.74% stake in Shanghai Sunrise Polymer Material to Changzhou Ju Ke Emerging Industry Venture Capital Fund Partnership Enterprise.

The consideration for the disposal amount to 62.4 million yuan, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Shares of the company surged over 21% in recent trading.
