Mary Chia (SGX:5OX) received a listing and quotation notice for 95,956,468 conversion shares, pursuant to its debt capitalization program, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
In an earlier filing, the company had entered into debt capitalization agreements with Suki Sushi, Ho Yow Ping, Planhouse Deco and Su Jun Ming for certain outstanding amounts, through its subsidiary, Mary Chia Beauty and Slimming Specialist.
