CSC Holdings (SGX:C06) raised SG$13.7 million through its three-month Series 006 SDAX commercial paper issuance, up 13.5% from the SG$12.1 million raised in the previous series, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The securities will be issued on March 20 and mature on June 19. Directors and affiliated entities subscribed to SG$4.5 million, or 32.5% of the total.
