Bank of Communications (SHA:601328, HKG:3328) posted 2024 net profit attributable to shareholders of 93.59 billion yuan, or 1.16 yuan per share, up 0.9% from 92.73 billion yuan, or 1.15 yuan per share, the previous year.
Revenue rose 0.9% year over year to 259.8 billion yuan from 257.6 billion yuan, according to a March 21 filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bank declared a cash dividend of 0.197 yuan per share.
Shares of Bank of Communications rose 2% in recent trade.
