Steadfast Group (ASX:SDF) Chief Operating Officer Nigel Fitzgerald plans to resign, effective July 1, to pursue a personal business venture, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Noelene Palmer, executive general manager of operations, will succeed Fitzgerald, who will remain in a senior advisory role until Sept. 30, the filing said.
