Colgate-Palmolive raised its quarterly dividend by 4% to 52 cents a share.
The consumer goods giant on Thursday said that its board of directors declared a quarterly payout to shareholders of 52 cents per share, up from 50 cents per share previously.
The new payout, equal to $2.08 annually, represents a yield of 2.3%, based on the company's latest closing price of $90.28.
The new dividend will be paid on May 15.
