An Australian engineering and logistics company has accused diversified miner South32 of stealing secrets by using information gathered over the course of a contract to copy its products.
Strang International alleges South32 and its South African subsidiary Hillside Aluminium of using the confidential documents to build their own version of a series of Strang products used for the transportation of metals.
