Elicio Therapeutics Hires CFO From Cidara Therapeutics

Elicio Therapeutics has hired the former chief financial officer of Cidara Therapeutics to lead its strategy and finances.

The Boston-based Elicio said Monday that Preetam Shah has been appointed chief strategy and financial officer.

Shah will also serve as the biotechnology company's principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.

He most recently served as the chief financial officer and chief business officer of fellow biotech Cidara. Before that, Shah was the CFO for Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics and has held roles at Barclays Capital and Canaccord Genuity.
