Hang Lung Properties' (HKG:0101) attributable profit fell to HK$2.15 billion in 2024 from HK$3.97 billion in 2023, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the property developer decreased to HK$0.46 from HK$0.88 a year earlier. Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated EPS at HK$0.66.
Revenue grew to HK$11.2 billion from HK$10.3 billion in the previous year. Visible Alpha analysts forecast revenue at HK$11.2 billion.
The company proposed a final dividend of HK$0.40 per share, payable June 16 to shareholders on record as of May 9.
