Resources Global Development (SGX:V7R) has completed the sale of a 15% stake in PT Singaraja Putra TBK through its subsidiary Batubara Development, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the sale, Batubara holds 78 million shares, or 16.2%, of PT Singaraja's total issued shares.
