Carlyle Secured Lending (CGBD) said its shareholders approved the merger with Carlyle Secured Lending III.
At a special meeting, 96% of voting shareholders supported issuing common stock for the merger, which is expected to be finalized Thursday, the company said Wednesday in a statement.
