Clean Seas Seafood (ASX:CSS) agreed to extend Yumbah Aquaculture's takeover exclusivity period by one week to March 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The extension will allow Yumbah Aquaculture to finalize its due diligence and decide on the terms of the binding scheme implementation deed in relation to its takeover bid for Clean Seas.

The seafood breeder's shares were up 6% in recent Tuesday trade.
