Autagco (SGX:1D3) said it secured approval from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) for further deadline extensions to hold its FY2024 annual general meeting and file its annual return, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

ACRA extended the deadline to hold the AGM by March 9 from Feb. 7 and the deadline to file the annual return to April 1 from March 1.

Autagco held its FY2024 AGM on March 7 under waivers granted by the Singapore Exchange.
