AyalaLand Logistics (PSE:ALLHC) acquired two logistics parks in Pangasinan and Iloilo, Philippines, in an expansion drive.
The properties added 11,200 pallet positions, increasing the company's total cold storage capacity to 31,500, according to a Tuesday Philippines bourse filing.
The acquisition also expands the company's ALogis portfolio by 15,000 square meters of leasable space, and supports its businesses in key regional hubs, particularly in the seafood and agriculture sectors.
