Elevate Uranium (ASX:EL8) appointed Scott Perry as chairman, effective immediately, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Perry succeeds Chairman Andrew Bantock following his retirement, the filing said.
Perry was president and chief executive officer at New York Stock Exchange-listed Centerra Gold.
Elevate Uranium's shares were up 2% in recent trade.
