ENN Energy (HKG:2688) attributable profit fell 12% to 5.99 billion yuan in 2024 from 6.82 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the gas supply company decreased 13% to 5.35 yuan from 6.04 yuan in the previous year.

Revenue declined 3.5% to 109.9 billion yuan from 113.9 billion yuan a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$2.35 per share, payable July 25 to shareholders on record as of June 2.
