Investigator Resources (ASX:IVR) said its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer closed on March 24 with the full amount of AU$381,394, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Eligible shareholders subscribed for 238.4 million new options including the top-up facility of up to a maximum of 100% of their entitlement, raising gross proceeds of AU$238,380 and representing a 62.5% take-up of entitlements, the filing added.
Around 143 million new options were issued as part of the shortfall for a total of AU$143,014.
Funds raised under the offer will be applied to the expenses of the offer and to provide general working capital, per the filing.
The company's shares rose 9% in recent Friday trade.
